REFUND POLICY

At IndustryXposure, our primary goal is to provide seamless services, including internships, training programs, and job placements. However, we recognize that there may be circumstances requiring a refund. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for handling refund requests.
 

1. General Principles

  • Refunds are applicable only for payments made directly to IndustryXposure through our official payment channels.

  • Refund requests are evaluated case by case to ensure fairness and transparency.

  • We aim to address all refund requests promptly and efficiently.

2. Refund Eligibility

a. Training Programs and Internship Fees

  • Full Refund:
    You are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of payment and before any training or internship activities commence.

  • Partial Refund:
    Partial refunds may be processed for requests made within 15 days after the program start date. Deductions will be applied for services already rendered.

  • No Refund:
    Refunds are not applicable for requests made after 15 days from the start of the program or if the program is nearing completion.

b. Entrance Test Fees

  • Entrance test fees are strictly non-refundable.

c. Service Add-Ons

  • Refunds for additional services such as Resume Writing, LinkedIn Profile Optimization, or GitHub Profile Setup will only be processed if the service has not been initiated.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Submit Your Request:

    • Email support@industryxposure.com with the subject line "Refund Request."

    • Include your name, payment receipt, transaction ID, and the reason for your request.

  2. Review and Processing:

    • We will review your request within 7 business days.

    • If additional details are required, our team will reach out to you.

  3. Approval or Rejection:

    • Approved refunds will be processed promptly.

    • If denied, a detailed explanation will be provided.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account provided by the customer.

5. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Non-attendance or incomplete participation in training sessions or internships without prior notification.

  • Services already rendered or deliverables provided in full.

  • Requests delayed due to external factors like natural disasters or technical disruptions.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

IndustryXposure reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
